My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with old stained toilet seats and dirty bedding, although they were spacious. Unfortunately, the Urban Valentine's party kept us up until 5 am, resulting in a sleepless night. The breakfast setup was chaotic with items scattered on tables.

When we arrived, we noticed some crumbs under the pullout mattress in our room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the connecting door didn’t seem very secure, leaving us a bit uneasy. On the upside, the hotel staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff, until our last night. The service overall, including dry cleaning and housekeeping, was top-notch.
